Why not?  Creating an account lets you take advantage of faster checkouts, store your account information and review your online order history at any time. You have two ways to create an account at IndianMotorcycle.com.  You can click on the Store Account link at the top of every page, Click Register and create an account with your own personal login and pasword. You can also create an account during the checkout process.  After you make your selection and click ready to check out, you will prompted to Login or Register.  Either way, creating an account will save time on all you future visits to IndianMotorcycle.com Password Help Passwords exist to protect your personal information.  Passwords must at least 6 characters. If you need help recovering your account password just click on any “Forgot Your Password?” link and enter the email address you used to create your account.  We will promptly send a new password to your email address. Once you have logged in, your session will  be active until you logout, or after 15 minutes of inactivity. Your Order History Viewing the history of your orders with IndianMotorcycle.com is easy.  Just Sign-In to Your Account and click on the VIEW.  The screen will display current offers and tracking information, as well as past order information. Sign Up for Email Sign Up for Email to receive email updates about new arrivals, store openings, events, exclusive products and our Indian Motorcycle newsletter.  You can select your email preferences during sign up. How to Use Your Shopping Cart Use the Shopping Cart to hold your selections while you shop the site.  Add an item to your Shopping Cart by clicking the ADD TO CART button on any product detail page.  You can view the contents of your Shopping Cart anytime by clicking on the Shopping Cart icon at the top of the page. Items remain in your Shopping Cart for the duration of your shopping session or until you remove or purchase them.  If you have an account and are signed in, your items remain in the Shopping Cart for 48 hours.  If you are not signed in, items will be removed at the end of your shopping session.  If an item sells out, it will be removed from the site and from your Shopping Cart. How to Place an Order Placing your order on Indianmotorcycle.com is easy.  Once you have finished shopping, click on the CHECKOUT button below the subtotal of the order in the Shopping Cart.  If you previously created an account, you can sign in to take advantage of faster checkout. Our Easy Checkout process: 1. Enter your billing & shipping information, click the CONTINUE button. 2. Enter your payment information, click the CONTINUE button. 3. Review the details of your order and click the SUBMIT ORDER button. A printable order confirmation will be displayed on your screen.  An email confirmation of your order will be sent within minutes. Payment Options Indianmotorcycle.com accepts several forms of payment with a US billing address: American Express MasterCard Visa Currently, we do not accept: Personal checks Money orders Gift Certificates Cash Merchandise Cards PayPal For your convenience, your credit card information will be stored in your IndianMotorcycle.com account for return credits.  This is secure information and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the account holder.  For more information, see our Privacy Policy.  For added security, your billing address at IndianMotorcycle.com must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.  Sales Tax Applicable sales tax will be added on all orders based on your shipping address.  The amount of sales tax is estimated until the order has shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent.  Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with your individual state tax guidelines and is approximate.  The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped.
